Two weeks ago brief news was heard that India offered Pakistan, aid of 5 million US dollars for flood victims. However response from Pakistani govt. was unclear. But Pakistani nation was sure that their selected democratic govt. will reject this mentioned “Lolly Pop”. That is not only contaminated with rape of thousands respected daughters of Kashmir but also with the blood of Indian Minorities. Now term it as bad luck of Pakistanis or senselessness prevailing over conscience that our Foreign Minister Mr. Shah Mehmood Qureshi disclosed on 20th August in an interview to Indian NDTV that Pakistan has decided to accept Indian aid for flood victims. Shah Mehmood said both countries are not using this problem for political interests. Indian step is welcomed and we are looking forward to talks with Krishna to improve the environment, build confidence and to bridge the trust deficit between the two countries. . (What are these mutual subjects for which work is being done to regain trust, have not been cleared yet). Before the broadcast of Pakistani Foreign Minister, statement of India was seen that acceptance of Indian aid is a very positive gesture.

The way Indian print and electronic media started propaganda on the statement of our Foreign Minister, this ashamed the Pakistani nation. Because there is not a single when in cities of Held Kashmir Indian army and police does not martyr 3 or 4 Kashmiris. Dead bodies of innocents are not seen on the roads. These dead bodies are of those young students whose ancestors have been sacrificing their lives and assets for freedom since last half century. At that time Indian govt. tried to cover its violence in Kashmir by blaming Pakistan for terrorism and infiltration. Now there is neither infiltration nor Mujahideen are seen wandering in Kashmir armed with weapons. Protestors against Indian control are unarmed young students. India has failed to stop these protests by using all of its state terrorism tactics. Now India is using gradual withdrawal of Pakistan from moral support of Kashmiris as a psychological weapon against Kashmiris. In addition to this our present rulers say that by accepting Indian “Lolly Pop” our diplomatic credibility has improved. Definitely it will improve because we have been doing this from last 64 years. To please India, which loss has not been born by this nation? In order to improve our credibility in competition to India we lost half of the country. The remaining country has been drowned by not building Kala Bagh Dam to please India. We had declared to send our Director General ISI to New Delhi after staged drama of attack on Taj Mahal and Oberoi Hotel in Mumbai just to save our diplomatic credibility. Moreover we provided India with lists of Sikh activists just to improve our credibility. No! too much has been done. To please India now this nation has nothing to left to lose. It is possible we are ignorant of it, but Delhi is claiming our acceptance of Indian aid as its diplomatic victory. Kashmiris are worried over this but they are not ready to give up. No one knows what we will have to give to India in return of this aid of 5 millions.

It is not a complicated question. However let us discuss a tragic incident which occurred on 28th November 2007, in the north-western Bengal. This happened in the area of Guwahati. Indian and western media ignored this incident in spite of having knowledge of it. After the knowing the reasons behind this incident you decide yourself that is India worthy of having friendship or relations? This is the incident of 28th November 2007 in the famous trade city of Guwahati that some students belonging to Adivasi Tribe of Assam decided to stage a peaceful protest against inhuman law of “Schedule Caste”. They rode over the college bus after their college timings and went to Bazaar. They were unaware that Indian police has been made aware of their protest and what plan Indian police has made to stop them. Such a plan for which you cannot find a single example in today’s civilized society. These students whose number was only 40, as soon as they arrived in the city and started protesting against “Scheduled Caste” the shopkeepers of the bazaar closed their shops and took rods and sticks and started beating them. Students were not ready for this. They could not imagine that traders belonging to upper castes will attack them like beasts. If police had done such act the students would have saved their lives by running into streets or had recorded their protest by being beaten through police. But here whole bazaar has been beating them. They went to whichever street to save their lives the people of higher castes were already there with sticks. Astonishing fact was that there was not a single policeman on that day, while usually about 10 to 12 policemen are always present till sunset.

During this President of Bazaar’s Union Sanjeet Chakroti targeted a female student protesting along with other protestors, he held her while other trader stripped her clothes. The student of F.A named “Gori” whose age was only 17 years was totally naked. At looking this scene other traders left the other protesting students and all turned to Gori. Some were beating her with their feet while other targeted her sensitive areas by sticks and rods. Many traders took their mobiles and started recording their satanic act. Gori begged for her life, but no one was there to have mercy on her. She was forced for nude dance. If she disobeyed she was beaten by sticks. At least she ran for her life. Her yeling has been stopped, her tears have dried up, she wanted to die but Hindus belonging to upper were not willing to murder her. They wanted to make Gori an example in the naked form for her lower caste. Gori tool gold medal in the Matriculation on the basis of her hard work and took admission on scholarship. Now that hard working girl has been mutilated in her own city. She kept on running, where ever she stopped due to tiredness Hindus of upper caste attacked her with spears. She kept running for 8 kilometers. Her body became paralyzed and she fell down.

The Hindus of upper caste following her thought that she is dead. In the journey of these 8 kilometers hundreds of cameras recorded her so that the India can be certified as world’s largest Secular State. So that the whole world can see the behavior of Upper Caste Hindus with the daughter of Mother of Democracy. When this Satanic Play ended police also arrived their. They took Gori to her home. When this news spread in the whole city, media personnel contacted Deputy Commissioner Samitra Mohan and Head of Police Department, they rejected that no such incident have been occurred. And claimed this incident as a public reaction to “All Assam Adivasi Students Association (AASA)” and declared that this is a political issue. Meanwhile Human Rights Activists also arrived in the Police Head Quarters. They had only one demand that F.I.R should be registered on the incident of Gori and beast traders should be arrested. Police was also worried that they had allowed traders to beat protestors but some fundamentalists has created a difficult situation for them by stripping Gori naked. Police registered the case and arrested Trader Leader Sanjeet Chakroti, Ati Berman and three others so that this problem did not get more attention. When trader leader got arrested Civil Administration, Police and Civil Society including journalists pressurized parents of Gori to take back the case. This process of pressurizing went on for some days. At least parents of Gori had to take back the case due to pressure.

Beating and Draging A girl of Minorities

This news was not less then a tragedy for Gori. Till now she had been alive on the hope that the persons torturing her in the hands of law and will be punished. As soon as Gori heard the news about compromise between her parents and satanic traders she poured petrol on her and put herself on fire. When the news of Gori’s death through fire arrived to her colleagues they started protest on the roads where not only police but Hidus of Upper Castes were also present. When they attacked protesting male and female students of Adivasi they also defended. In this way that protest converted into Riot. This riot which continued for two hours 13 students were killed including 4 females while 3 females were kidnapped.

After this state police of Assam and Delhi Govt. suppressed this tragic incident in such a way that world kept ignorant of it. Whatever happened to Gori, local journalists were not ready to give it coverage. However a female journalist named as Lakashmi Aurang did not give up. She gathered footage of torturing Gori nude and also kept on gathering the pictures for what ever happened with Gori. At least on 9th August 2010, Lakashmi Aurang published all these proofs on Jharkahnd Blog titled as “Adivasi Girl”. Two video footages have been also released on torturing Gori with titles as

2. Guwahati-Assam Men strip and beat poor tribes

Astonishing fact is that our pro-Indian groups supporting “Aman Ki Asha” are not ready to tell that in Indian states from Kashmir to Manipur, and from there to Chateesgarh Indian Rulers, Brahman Imperialists are using raping daughters of minorities as state policy and weapon against people who demand freedom. In spite of this that we should protest against such state terrorism, condemn satanic acts on innocents for humanity, we are claiming acceptance of Indian aid as Diplomatic Credibilty.

Note: In some blogs Indians have tried to veil this incident as a love affair between Gori and an Upper Caste Hindu so that its seriousness can be decreased by claiming it as a decision of local people/Penchayat.

Are these styles of ensuring freedom and sovereignty as adopted by us? Have we ever thought that daily routine practiced by us is pushing us towards destruction? Senselessness, hypocrisy, telling lies, corruption, bribery, and lawlessness are burning us to ashes like fire. Look at the past month of Ramadhan, people have to be disgraced in long lines to get sugar and flower in hot weather and sunlight, while investors of these commodities broke records of black marketing and hoarding. Every year the month fixed for worship is made a source for extra income but this time it crossed limits. Religious tolerances aside even the trade rules and morals were ignored. And now it seems that we have decided to mortgage freedom n sovereignty as well.

But respect of community (Islamic respect/self respect) cannot be found in bazaar like a sale able commodity which can be sold or purchased as one likes. It belongs to conscience. If this is alive then even strong enemy does not dare to come near (Cuba is a great example) and if it dies then like Mughals, state is captured by others.

Only 300 soldiers of “East India Company” defeat army consisting of 500000 personnel. Here I would like to mention address of Lord Macaulay 174 years ago on 2 February 1835 to British Parliament. In which he clarified his plan of enslaving Muslim rulers of India and people linked to Islamic values.

He said; “I have not seen even a single person of India (Now a days India-Pakistan) begging and not a single thief. This country is treasure of extremely high level morals and inhabitants of this country are very skillful and hardworking. I think we (British) cannot capture this country until we do not deteriorate the morals of these people which are like backbone of these people. As soon as these people start thinking that English culture and language is better than their system of living they will start avoiding their local values and will do whatever we will like a slaved nation.”

Then this happened, subcontinent became slave. Afterwards how much sacrifices of lives were given to regain freedom this is part of our history. Which we have ignored. While many other nations are unable to achieve that blessing of freedom even after giving more sacrifices. We got freedom perhaps because our ancestors had preserved little part of out values. And secondly they had leaders like Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah of noble character, who played important role in the freedom of his nation. May Allah not let happen so, as the shadows of English imperialism (American Xe) are haunting our country, if any bad time falls to us can we defend our sovereignty with our present character? This is the question which makes hearts and brains of many Pakistanis when they think about Black Water (Xe). Circumstances prove the presence assassin agency while our rulers deny it.

Recently Russian Television (RTT) broadcasted a program titled “Increase of US Security Firms in Pakistan”(Pictures are attached as proof). This program disclosed that 500 Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) (wheeled) have been unloaded at Karachi Port and they are being silently transferred to other areas. If we look at this fact technically one infantry unit has about 50-60 APCs. The number of 500 is more than the need of a division. Possibly these vehicles have been ordered for use in Afghanistan. Keep in mind these APCs have tires and are used for combats within cities. This situation signals towards increasing American plans in the area. This forces one to think that by changing Afghanistan in to a big American army station, is American forcing the whole neighborhood towards a big military clash? However after China, Russia is second country who has shown concern over increasing presence of Black Water in Pakistan. Although Russia has shown no objection on this through proper means, but stance of RTT can be taken as government’s response because media in Russia is controlled by state. Russian T.V. has also mentioned arrest of four armed Americans on 25th August by Islamabad police in F-7 Sector. These were arrested while roaming at night in their vehicles equipped with lethal weapons. Security in charge of American Embassy Captain (Rtd.) Aijaz arrived at the Police Station and took these Americans with him. According to Russian T.V. these Americans belonged to Black Water who has been ordered either to kidnap or murder Dr. A.Q. Khan. Because on the order of court the security provided to him in the name of protocol has been already removed. Moreover center of Black Water in Karachi Defense Area ‘Kheyaban-e-Rahat’ and two buildings consisting of 40 rooms in Peshawar were also mentioned in this Russian Program. The acceptance of purchasing a “Five Star Hotel” in Peshawar by American consulate has been already known to our readers.

In the same way on 20th September police raid on the house of Ex-Commando of Pakistan Army Captain Syed Ali Haider Zaidi owner of a Pakistani firm ‘Inter Risk Security’ providing security to American embassy in Islamabad was important news for the international media. All the weapons that were recovered were illegal and unlicensed. Upon leakage of the news American embassy issued the statement that they gave responsibility of security of embassy to Captain Zaidi’s Security Company but they have no link with the weapons recovered from his house. In this way Americans have tried to oppress this matter and their links with him. However they have been unable to clarify their link with Captain Zaidi.

In addition to security company is also running training camp named as “Care and Carrying” in Rwat. Here in this camp, marines (assassins) of Black water provide training to above mentioned security company’s guards. On the will of American embassy many European embassies have signed deals with “Inter Risk Security” for their security. These embassies pay 2000 dollars per month to Zaidi’s security for each security guard. Out of this 60000 rupees per month are paid by Capt. Zaidi to his guards. From how long this is going on, is unknown. But according to some reports approximately 200 guards have been sent to Peshawar after completing their training. These guards are responsible for protection of Black Water meaning all of these trained guards are under direct control of Black Water. It is also to be considered that all of these guards who have taken training are ex-Pakistani Commandoes and Soldiers, most of these include such persons who have been court martialled for various crimes. According South Asian News Agency (SANA) few days ago security agencies along with Police arrested Capt. Zaidi from his training camp in Rwat. However he was freed after wards upon the American and Pakistani politicians’ pressure. According to SANA Pakistani govt. has demanded all the documents of the persons trained, or under training, in addition govt. to know about all those persons who have contacted to Black Water through Capt. Zaidi.

Here we should discuss brief history of Capt. Zaidi;

He belonged to Special Services Group (SSG) of Pakistan army. In 1987 he was serving at the most highest OP Post of Siachen Glacier named as Quaid Post. In order to establish the post at world’s highest point dozens of soldiers of Pak-Army had given their lives. Through this post not only it was possible to observe Indian movement but stopped Indian advance. As soon as any soldier of enemy tried to move forward the Sniper at the post shot him dead. One day Capt. Zaidi made lame excuse of pain in stomach and left the post and came back to the base camp. Meanwhile Indians attacked the post and captured it after martyring all the soldiers present on the post. Was this just a coincident or preplanned this can be answered better by Capt. Zaidi or Indians? This was a great loss for Pakistan. In the medical checkup Capt. Zaidi proved to be healthy, on this he was dismissed after court martial however Quaid Post is still under the control of India.



Let us come back to the topic. Famous American journalist “Jeremy Scahill” has disclosed that Black Water supervises the Drone Attacks against Al-Qaeda leaders within Afghanistan and Pakistan. In addition HellFire Missiles and 500 pounds Laser Guided bombs are assembled to the Drone Planes by Black Water. This statement was given by American giving explanation to his book “Black Water World Wide” in front of Defense Committee of American Congress. He even claimed that Black Water has to decide the target. However according to American govt. CIA chooses the target while the duty of Black Water is to protect Drone Planes and the weapons used by them. Jeremy Scahill accused President Obama in front of that community that, he has provided a big amount of 700 million dollars to an agency like Black Water who is guilty of murdering masses in Iraq and Afghanistan. On the one hand unemployment is increasing, banks are falling, while govt. is wasting money over Black Water.

On 19th of August 2009, famous magazine of America ‘New York Times’ representative Mark Menzeti have published a report about a secret agreement between CIA and XE (Black Water) for murders on large scale in Pakistan and Afghanistan this agreement has been named as “Program to Locate and Assassinate Top Operatives of Al-Qaeda”. On this news report Director of CIA Leon Panetta accepted that they have utilized services of Black Water under ordinance issued by American President in 2001 named as “Finding”. Afterwards congress gave it the form of law. According to this law CIA or other secret agencies of America can go to any country to search and assassinate enemy and use all means to fulfill their damn purposes. In order to fulfill this plan CIA has spent millions of dollars on training. Consider at the acceptance of the accuse by director of CIA and on the second day of Eid-ul-Fitr statement of Hilary Clinton that Al-Qaeda’s top leadership is hiding in Pakistan. Then it has only one meaning that America has decided to conduct assassination activities as it did in Iraq. Presence of Black Water is being considered as threat to Pakistani Nuclear Weapons by some defense analysts. While govt. claims that Black Water is not present in Pakistan. American ambassador says, “Some miscreant journalists are making Black Water an “Issue””. Then what is the proof that leaders of Al-Qaeda are hiding just in NWFP or Tribal Areas? Cannot CIA make fake claims of their presence in other parts of Pakistan? Why America cannot be involved in target killing for assassination of anti-Americans? (The continuous target killing in Pakistan probably is being done by Xe).

You have read incident of famine in Egypt in Surah Yousaf of 12th para of Holy Quran that King of Egypt (that had put Hazrat Yousaf A.S in prison) dreamt that there are seven fat cows eaten by seven weak and thin cows. And seven ears of wheat green and seven ears of wheat dried up. So Hazrat Yousaf was called to interpret the dream. Hazrat Yousaf said for seven consecutive years you will yield crops so leave whatever is surplus in their ears, then seven hard years of famine will come and the food stored in previous seven years will be eaten up. Hazrat Yousaf requested the King that he should be made minister of treasure as he knows how to manage and protect it. Here Allah says, “In this way we gave Hazrat Yousaf respect in Egypt and I (Allah) bless pious people in this way and their reward is not wasted in My records. And the reward in the life afterwards is much better for those people who believe and did good deeds”.

Are our rulers unaware that the banks made by their liked and corrupt contractors are not trustworthy? Four decades before same situation was in China that when rivers got flood many people died. Chinese nation could not stop the raining water from skies but they decided to change the fate through planning. Whole nation joined together dig the rivers and make the banks of rivers higher and strong. Along with these they planned to make a new dam every two years. Now when clouds thunder hearts of Chinese don’t get frightened. Unusual rain falls still happen there but life loss does not go beyond two digits and financial loss is also minimum. The reason is that there construction plans are not used for filling up the coffers with illegal money but to secure the future of upcoming generations. However if still any type of corruption is noticed the culprit gets the death punishment on the spot and his usable limbs are donated to near by hospital. On the contrary in our country there is no incident of punishing such people which can be given as example. Whole nation is being punished for not punishing the thieves, fraudsters and corrupt officials. Dishonesty of our rulers has defamed us in the whole world. It is clear the greater the fraudster more respected he is here. the greatest fraudulent person is present in the govt. neither he listens to the law nor accepts the moral values. During the last mid century that mafia has grown to a strong group of the society. They have their own rules to spend the life that circulate around one point i.e. “Loot and get lost”. Their dress, their glasses, their style of life everything is different from 95% of Pakistani nation. That Pakistan whose founder Quaid-e-Azam considered crime to buy socks from the national treasury, from that our rulers goes to Hajj and Umrah annually.

Inhabitants of Khyber P.K. say they have to bear a greater loss, millions are being demanded from Federal govt., Balochistan is complaining of no response, Sindhi are saying that in order to save the estates of landlords their houses have been drowned. Southern Punjab is complaining that Chief Minister is touring the affected areas but they are not giving them any relief. Rich people (Pakistani and other) of foreign countries are worried to help but they do not trust our rulers. The harsh fact is that even Secretary General of United Nations has to say that “credibility of Pakistan id hurdle in getting aid from international community”.

This is the result of the struggles of electronic and print media that whole world is coming in motion to help the flood victims. Verily people of our media deserve appreciation. The second one is army, whose personnel including Generals to Soldiers are present to help the flood victims 24 hours a day. They are fulfilling this duty like a war. They have forgotten to take food, and are not wasting time for rest. As soon as they get the report of helpless stranded people in flood they take up helicopters, speed boats or what ever means that can be used to reach there and evacuate them. You even do not see any sign of restlessness or harshness over their faces.

 They are so much fulfilled with the passion for sacrifice that most often the soldiers give their food to flood victims and half of the reserved food/ration has been donated to victims flood. Only under the supervision of Army in Multan daily 100,000 people are provided with food. And army aviation is creating new history by operating even in bad weather continuously to evacuate people stranded over roofs of their houses, Dates trees etc. to safe places. This process is still going on. Being witness of such a evacuation operation the reporter of Gulf News that these soldiers are not human beings but angels. He is astonished that how a soldier held the hook of helicopter in one hand and with other hand he helped to 13 other healthy men and women to board the helicopter, where other soldiers were standing ready to pull them in. during whole this activity the Rooter of helicopter was rotating with full speed.

When the question is of saving our own people than arms get powerful and our army is going through war since 2005. army is busy in fighting such a war against terrorism where it has to find the enemy within own people and it is not known that when and from which side enemy will attack. Our army is not worried of this war. How our army transferred the whole population from Swat n Malaknd and restored peace there you cannot find even a single example of such professionalism and sacrifice in the history. Contrary to this in the relief work they have to evacuate our own people to safe places. They have to be taken care of their health and food. They have to be provided with a helping hand and our army does this in every natural calamity/disaster. But this is not important, evacuating the victims is not the only problem, problems are more than that but our army has not resources to fulfill this requirement.

Army Doctors on Duty



Medicines for diseases, planning to stop epidemics, providing ready food to victims spread over different areas, arranging tents for millions of people and constructing temporary toilets all need unlimited resources which can be only provided by rich people, civil society or government. Problems does not end over here, destroyed families return back to their homes they will not have any means to live there. Their houses, clothes and food everything has been destroyed by flood. Then what will that people do? And condition of govt. is that no one is ready to trust over it. When bags of flour/food arrived as foreign aid will be sold in bazaars and foreign media will report it then who will trust? Then it has only solution that like war against terrorism all the responsibility of support and rehabilitation should supervised by army. National Disaster Management should be commanded by army and all of its resources should also be controlled by army. In the whole country army plans to tackle any emergency situation. The responsibility of ensuring peace during Muharram or these are the monsoon rains every army plans to tackle them every year. Out of cantonment from General to the Soldier knows that which brigade moreover which regiment has to fulfill their duty in which area. Look at the present situation, helicopters, boats, trucks and other resources are being used for relief work. That all does not belong to army but to public; whether it is war or peace all of these resources are used for safety of public. The credibility of army is not only sustained but it has been increased. Millions of people of Pakistan and foreigners respect the honest and discipline of Pak-Army in relief works. Although this organization is also under Pakistan govt. and works under defense ministry. Govt. should fully utilize credibility of army. In spite of getting fearful of its respect army should be used wisely for rehabilitation of flood victims. Army has all the manpower including engineers who fulfill their duties under strict accountability system, so relief operation should be responsibility of army. However if like past rulers make the committees of their own relatives and friends to bless them, this may help them politically but this will result in great loss general public. And this will end in such a flood of hatred which will not be possible even for army to control it…

If we look carefully through institutional structure of Black Water, its silent arrival to Pakistan, unclear purposes, all this reminds of the East India Company. In 1600 Queen of Britain allowed some British traders to conduct business in foreign countries especially India, and to establish a company. In 1613 with the consent of Mughals English traders established first headquarter of company in “Surat”. Afterwards also by the consent of Mughals centers and factories of company were established in Madras, Kolkata, and Mumbai and local youth were recruited for their protection. Apparently British govt. had no link with East India Company but they knew that Company has established influence and huge army whose command was in the hands of retired British army officers.

In 1757 in the war fo Plasi East India Company captured most parts of Bengal, then Britsh Crown took the business and army of the Company in its control and imposed “North India Act” for controlling the area. Afterwards in order to increase power and strengthen their hold “Pitts India Act” was imposed in 1784. So with the help of traitors (which had no shortage in any era) whole India fell in the hands of British Crown just like a wall of sand. Traitors of country were bestowed by respectful titles as Sardar, Khan, Malik and Makdoom while public as Slaves and Servants.

In this way it took East India Company 250 years to reach South Punjab from Surat. The reason behind such a long delay might be weak sources of transportation. The system of transport was not even present and in spite of army of traitors English have to bear the resistance at every step. Now let us look at the difference between East India Company and Black Water.

That reality was known to the inhabitants of subcontinent that Mughals awarded East India Company to get established here. But with whose allowance Black Water is working in Pakistan. No one is ready to answer that by whose consent they are moving freely here? Neither they need visa nor dare anyone to stop or investigate them over airports. At least why? Second difference is that East India Company got established in Subcontinent so it was involved in crimes done in past. While Black Water’s face is mutilated due its involvement in war crimes, looting, murders, target killing, bomb blasts, acts of creating disputes among Shiites and Sunnis, weapon smuggling, human trafficking and selling of women. Whole world is protesting against their violence in Iraq. Although stories of their crimes in Afghanistan have not been brought forward but European countries have many times shown concern about it. Third difference is that East India was questionable by someone but Black Water has unlimited activities and no laws applicable to it. Even the Supreme Court of USA cannot call it to justice. Fourth difference is that British Crown never denied of having links with East India while Americans have stated several times that White House has no link with Black Water. Fifth difference is very clear. Black Water is much more modern, equipped with lethal weapons, trained, well equipped modes of communication, economically independent and most important full with incentive of spreading terror to barbaric level as compared to East India. However purposes behind both are same. They were English and came here in the name of trade. They are also English and have invaded in the form of private institution and if they are really here to snatch our freedom. Then it is wrath and revenge of nature from us that we are not capable of understanding the value of freedom. In the previous century if personnel of East India Company got angry with someone, that someone was sent to ‘Black Water’ as a punishment. And now the Black Water himself has came to us. Perhaps to punish the whole nation. Yes! Nations having guilty of joint sins are punished like that. However this is an objectionable sentence. Let us come towards activities of Black Water in Pakistan and its history.

Founder of Black Water "Erik Prince"

Black Water is a private security firm. Which is registered as an industry by American govt. its founders are Erik Prince and Al Clark two American investors. They are trained from American Naval Academy. (Prince is Considered as important financer of Republican Party). Both of them while laying foundation of this company in American North Carolina apart from Head Quarter established a training center consisting of 7000 Acres. The number of trained persons having latest weapons is equivalent to 9 Divisions of Army. For internal security American Interior Ministry have signed 987 deals with different private security agencies. While 744 of them are only with Black Water. Black Water gets 90% of its income from American Interior Ministry. In this way link between American Govt. and Black Water can be clearly understood. Black Water provides training to 40000 personnel per year. Important think is that Pentagon also gets its soldiers trained from this agency. More over they also get contracts from the whole world. They recruit local people and bring them to America for training. However they have established centers in Iraq and Sudan for training locals. And it is also said that they have established a center in Peshawar (NWFP of Pakistan) too.

In January 2009 soldiers (terrorists) of Black Water in Iraq (Herat) attacked civilians without reason and murdered 17 while injuring 60. And later they took the stance that they thought that Iraqis were gathering to attack them. This incident laid great trouble and pressure on White House and Pentagon. American govt. stated that they do not have any link with Black Water and Iraqi govt. is responsible for that. Iraq rejected these accuses and clarified to the world that Americans have brought them here that they will provide security to Iraqi govt. after withdrawal of American troops till Iraqi police and army did not get capable of it. As soon as Iraq cleared its position Black Water became center of attention of the international media. Bright (Inhuman and barbaric) activities became the headlines of media. Protest started within America against them and their illegal acts within America came to the light. Thinking American courts as sovereign some Americans went to courts for justice and then it was revealed that American courts did not have the authority to hear the petitions against Black Water as during his reign George W. Bush provided full legal security to it. However after getting too much defaming on 13th February 2009, present President of Black Water changed its name to “Xe” (Pronounced as zi). However officials of Black Water and American institutions have been unable to separate the torture and stories of barbarism from its character.

In Pakistan Black Water has established it’s headquarter in University Town Peshawar with the name Creative Associates International Inc. “CAII”. Wearing black glasses, black suites, armed with assault rifles, in black colored Sub Urban Chevrolet (Bullet Proof) there soldiers can be identified easily. Whose majority has shifted recently from Iraq to here. Inhabitant of University Town, Engineer Imtiaz Gul told in an interview to representative of German Press Agency “D.P.A” that “he is living in the Chanar Road University Town, Peshawar. At the distance of few hundred yards there is headquarter of Black Water, armed person guard it. All persons living in the area are afraid of them. They point their weapons on every passer by without any reason. They even threaten the children going on their way to schools. All are afraid of them. People think that at any time some sad incident may occur. Some respected people of area went to civil administration and police but no one is ready to stop these armed persons. Someone answer our question that our roads are ruled by Pakistan govt. or these assassins”?

Readers the above mentioned interview is present on the website of D.P.A. in which news has been given with reference to New York Times that federal govt. of Pakistan has ordered all provincial govts. to keep a track of this agency. Through the website it has been told that this agency is working in the form of NGOs. The duty of these NGOs is too recruit criminals, people having well built body, unemployed especially angry with govt. for reason able pay and use them for their own purposes. All those parts of NWFP and Balochistan where there are fewer resources are special target of these NGOs. D.P.A writes that this agency provides weapons to terrorists fighting against Pakistan army. Moreover due to causalities and financial losses of American army in Iraq, Afghanistan and Vietnam Pentagon is willing to use Black Water for wars outside the USA. And this news will be a great discovery for readers that American officials are now working for coming outside the U.S.A and conquering the whole world for establishing “CONUS” i.e. Continental United States.

If we look at the situation with reference to Pakistani media relating to Black Water a very complicated situation is revealed. According to the reports in costly (Posh) areas of Islamabad i.e. Sector F-6 and F-7 they have taken many houses on rent and are continuing there mysterious activities. All the ways towards those houses are blocked by Concrete blocks, and barriers. Equipment of latest communications can be clearly seen on roofs of these houses. They have established a training center at Rwat Industrial Estate. Their activities have been discussed above. They have been seen in Balochistan too. The report about their presence in D.G. Khan have been given the son of ex-President Farooq Lughari during a discussion on T.V. the news about their activities in Khushab, Wah and Mangla have been published in newspapers. Whole nation is protesting against them because no one in Pakistan has been able to understand their purpose for presence in Pakistan.

Out of the international community China is the sole country who has warned America that it should consider safety of Pakistan while extending American consulates. China has also expressed objections over American afghan policy and term of “F Pak” and has stated that Pakistan is a sovereign country. It is not good to attach Pakistan with Afghanistan. Chinese Ambassador has clearly stated that Chinese have been target killed, in spite of this China has no intention of deploying Chinese army to Chinese embassy in Pakistan. Against extension of American consulate more influential objection cannot be.

Armed Men of Black Water, Outside a Rented Bungalow in Islamabad

In spite of public protests and news being published by media Pakistani govt. is silent. Are they (govt.) waiting for an incident like Iraq in Pakistan? Innocent people are killed by them (Black Water). Will the govt. get active after this?

Keeping in view the past and inhuman crimes of Black Water they should have been investigated for their possible role in target killing. Especially their role in Balochistan should be investigated that is that agency part of a master plan to weaken Pakistan?

However fellow country men should know that aid given by (1 billion dollars per year) will be distributed under supervision of Black Water and Black Water will take the decision that which district needs to be developed through this aid. However this also depends upon the district/local governments that are they capable of developing good relations with Black Water and getting most of the aid for their area. However American consulate has completed its home work by meeting with elders/influential persons of the area. Just wait for the approval of Logar bill and then there will be you and aid given by Black Water.

Why world is silent on India’s serious crime of selling nuclear secrets…?

Few days ago writer was stopped by three young men on the Quaid-e-Azam Road. Although there style of interception on road was within the limits of civilization but much aggressive. One of the three questioned, “do you write in Nawa-i-Waqt”? I replied “Yes”. The second young man raised question why you are so much against India? Before replying this question I demanded for their introduction and it revealed that they were students of Nishtar Medical College.

Now I questioned them have they objection over opposition of India or my writings against India? At this they got confused and the young man who was silent yet said smiling, “No there is nothing like that, actually we think and are confused that have our ancestors done a great mistake by getting separation from India? Because India is developing by leaps and bounds. Their people are happy; there is no shortage of business and employment. While our journey of development is towards backwardness. Day by day pessimism is increasing.”

Listening to this young man’s conversation I got shocked and I recalled the statement made by Italian wife of Rajeo Gandhi in Rajeo Gandhi’s regime, she had said, “Our culture and media has conquered brains and hearts of Pakistanis. After this we will not need to attack Pakistan through military”.

I signaled three young men to come to a nearby bench in the green belt away from footpath. So that other passers do not get troubled due to us. Sitting on the bench I told them that our ancestors did no wrong by getting separation from India. Because if they had not done that then today we all Pakistani and Bangladeshi have been slaves of Hindus like 280 million Muslims of India. Some one has been a barber, other one has been sweeper, to extent we might have been working as tailors or peons in offices. According to Indian govt. statistics 85% of Muslim population is indulged in such low category professions. I am not against of India. My only struggle is to educate readers that our only enemy is India. Now we are facing the entire crisis, India is responsible for that. India has made us coward with the help of black sheep like Mir Jafir and Mir Sadiq and India is not enemy of Pakistanis but of all religions except Hinduism. India is enmity of their presence over the face of world. In all the wars of world so much people have not been killed as much were killed by ‘Arians’ due to religious disputes in subcontinent. They laid the foundation of humanity and human life system over classes. They are so much deceptive and cruel that they removed even signs of Buddhism and Jainism (whose foundation was laid by a Khatri Mahaveer 600 years before Christ as a rebellion against Arian Society). They were forced to leave sub-continent by massacre, the others who remained converted to Hinduism or were murdered. Now the followers of Jainism and worshipers of Mahavir can be only traced in folk tales of India. In the same way when Ashok Chand (Great Ashok) great son of Chandar Gapt Moria converted to Buddhism; Buddhism became favorite religion from Afghanistan to Thailand but now a days there is no place for Buddhists in India. In order to destroy other religions Hindu not only use power but they adapt the way of worship, culture and education in such a way that even the followers of the religion lag behind them. After sometime they return the mutilated religion to the real followers in such a form that only Hinduism is left. Look at the Muslims of subcontinent, many customs are present in us who have no link with Islam, but these customs of Hindus are present within us and are destroying Pakistan (we even do not know that the thing which we are adapting as enjoyment is actually worships of Hindus and weapon to destroy other religions).

Hindu Policy of Destroying Other Religions

Even the modern democratic system is unable to change thousands of years old “warna sarma dharm” (religious system of professions and human classification) applied in India. According to this;

1. Brahman is a sacred human being and Avatar of God on the earth. Any struggle to check their acts or accountability is a sin.
2. Kshatriyas is a soldier. There duty is to protect the state of Brahmans and protect Brahmans.
3. Vaishiyas are farmers, traders and other persons engaged in business.
4. Shudras are the lowest in the Hindu system. There value is less than animals.

After my long discussion students of Nishtar Medical College got satisfied or not but bitter realities are that Brahmans have succeeded in deceiving world to such extent that world is silent even on grave crime of selling atomic secrets.

According to ISIS India is involved in selling “Centrifuge” and drawing and designs of related parts, while Dr. Abdul-Qadeer has been detained in fake accuses of such nature

Recent example of this is accusing India by Institute of Science and International Security (ISIS) that India is involved in selling of design and drawing of ‘Centrifuge’ and nuclear technology to smugglers.

Central office of ISIS is located in Washington. It is an NGO whose work is to oppose spread of nuclear weapons and keep eye on those countries which are involved in illegal selling of nuclear weapons. According to “ISIS” under which accuses and pressure of specific lobby of Europe and America Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan is detained, India is doing same acts openly. Not only that in spite of international sanctions India is continuously purchasing chemical used in enrichment of uranium i.e. Tributyl Phosphate (TBP). The purpose of purchase of this chemical is increase in amount of nuclear weapons and moreover selling this chemical secretly to such country who is trying to develop nuclear bomb under hand and world is ignorant of that.

According to representatives of ISIS ‘David Albright’ and ‘Paul Brenen’ have issued a report with title of “Indian Nuclear Export Controls and Information Security” and questioned IAEA’s bosses that whether India is allowed to conduct illegal business of nuclear technology, and selling sensitive secrets to unseen hands? About which neither any one knows and nor their purposes are clear. Then America who has assured its public that India will be bound to act upon Civil Nuclear Deal that India will not spread this technology, silence of America shows that it is equally responsible for this criminal act.”

according to report of ISIS an subsidiary of ‘India‘s Department of Energy’ “Rave Earths” have ordered for parts of a special machinery made up of special Metal to European company and under cover of this order it transferred designs of Centrifuge Machines and other concerned parts to the mentioned company. Although the nature for which order was placed it had no far relation with uranium enrichment centrifuges.

Not only is that according to ISIS India buying TBP with the names of fake companies (TBP is used to separate plutonium from used material). Before that India used to import TBP from china but in 2003 china stopped supply of it saying that India has already sufficient amount of “Plutonium” which is enough for its needs. Now this chemical is being imported from Germany and Russia through secret means.

Accusing India by ISIS is not the first incident. Before that including Australia many European countries have blamed India for such blasphemous acts. But world especially Europe have took no notice of it and it is not expected in future as well. The cause of this is very simple. by adopting western culture and languages brahmans have succeeded in making them understand that centuries old difference between east and west has now vanished. Moreover this Hindus have started naming their babies like Christians. The result of this policy is in front of us. Educated people of Europe think Hindus as of their religion and Hinduism as old culture of India. The left need has been filled by dependency of western economy over Indian markets.

You can see that during last 6 months more than 150 churches in south-east provinces of India, dozens of chaplains, there estates have been burnt to ashes; hundreds of Christians have been forced to convert to Hinduism. But America is silent, United Kingdom is silent. Even the ‘Vatican City’ has taken no notice of it.

 

But we Pakistanis are not less in senselessness. We are not protesting on the massacre of Kashmiris. Have we condemned India for genocide of Muslims under the name of Hindu Muslim crisis? And this is the success of the Indian media and cultural warfare. This has forced our youth to think that India is not our enemy but friend. But the dream of “Greater India” can never come true. Because Pakistanis are neither followers of Mahavir nor of Buddhism, it is Islam which forced Arian deceptiveness to lick the dust in the form of Two Nation Theory. Although Hindus have used or are using all possible ways preached by 'Kotliya Chankiya'. Do not believe us look at the guidance (Book) of Chankiya for Hindus “Arth Shastar”. But Brahmans have been unable to defeat two nations theory and will not succeed in future as well by grace of Allah.

Look at the translation of 12th part of the above mentioned book;

“If the enemy is strong and cannot be defeated by any other ways. Then the use of deceptive acts will be useful. For example try to make main persons of country join your side by other tricks like money, women and other such tricks. Try to search disputes in enemy's territory and spread them. Spread epidemics through trained physicians. Conducting activities of terrorism by purchasing border or tribal people of country will be fruitful. If this does not work, then convince other neighbor country of enemy to attack it and when it attacks, sign a pact of your will with enemy in the name sympathy. When friendship is formed sell useless and substandard goods to the enemy in the name of trade, send your special deceptive soldiers in the form of traders, along with beautiful women, if these women are professional whores it will be much better”.

Afterwards Kotliya Chankiya advises;

“Remember initiating war with enemy ready to die is not good. If the enemy has decided to go on for war then try to make cease fire or sign agreement even at the terms of enemy and postpone war. during this try that enemy tribes/groups get rebellious to each other. The areas from which commanders of army belong start disorder in those areas through agents. Rulers and people willing to gain the rule are of very ill minded. Try to convince near ones of the enemy ruler through palmists etc. by watching at their fate that they are about to get govt. and tell them to do such things to get the govt. acting upon which they become suspicious in the eyes of king. In this way make enemy king to lose his men and replace them with greedy, lustful for women and alcoholic men. While this process is going on, enter beautiful women of your country after proper training for spying in the enemy's country. These women should make important men of govt. enemies of each other. Then start propaganda about their enmity, so that when you murder anyone of them through your agents, people blame other rival for it. Make your enemy alcoholic, and attract enemy towards adultery. Then success will be yours.”

Readers many advices of such nature are given in Chankiya’s book, acting upon them is part of Hinduism and duty of Hindus. They are fulfilling their duty. But bad luck we are not ready to understand their deceptive tricks. Moreover this our free media has taken it as duty to propagate Indian culture and in the name of “Enlightened Moderation” spread adultery, in such situation the confusion in our youth is not something unusual. They will feel followers of Chankiya as their friends and India as developed country. Every girl living there (India) is waiting with flowers to welcome them (our youth). Alas! Our media focuses little farther from Indian film industry and big cities and dares to show the poverty and hunger spread in all over the India, and then our youth will understand that our ancestors have made not a mistake but done a great good to us by getting separation from India.

Julian published this video with the name of ‘Collateral Murder’ ”.

This chat was between American Soldier Bradley Manning and a Hacker Adrian Lamo on the internet messenger. American officials were worried that a movie made by a camera fixed on helicopter how it had been leaked out. Americans did not get out of this shock that another movie named “Collateral Murder-2” also got published on internet. This movie is about Americans attack on a marriage ceremony in afghan village in which more than 100 men, women and children became target pf American barbarism and lust for human genocide. However in Afghanistan Mr. Karzai, American and allies have succeeded in befooling world through international media that these people were militants who have gathered in such a huge number for planning attacks against allied forces. But videos made by cameras fixed in their own helicopters not only disclosed American lies but also raised a question on role of American forces in Afghanistan. At least America has to declare in order to avoid criticism on the international level, that it had published such video so that an inquiry can be launched and criminals involved in this incident could be punished.

Bradley Manning who stole sensitive documents about American violence in Iraq and Afghanistan

During chatting Manning sent some documents as proof and also sent that message as email;

“Hillary Clinton and several thousand diplomats around the world are going to have heart attack when they awake up one morning and find an entire repository of classified foreign policy in available in searchable format, to the public”.

But during whole this Manning was unaware that Adrian Lamo is one of those hackers who have been hired CIA in order to reach to the persons behind the leakage of secret documents. Lamo at once told the whole situation to CIA officials. In this way on 24th May 2010, Manning was arrested but official he was arrested and moved in American jail in Kuwait on for investigations. Americans were unable to imagine that after Top Secret/Sci Cleamance their own soldier deployed for protection of extremely sensitive documents will become a traitor. During investigation Manning disclosed that he had succeeded in downloading 260000 documents in one year. American officials have taken Manning’s Laptop and many hard disks in custody and are trying to investigate that how he succeeded in secret documents in such a big amount. Moreover how many documents he has transferred to Australian journalist Julian. According to Julian he has a collection of 90000 documents, out of which he has stopped 15000 extremely important documents and published the rest to different sites. But Americans that Julian has more documents than 15000. These documents one such movie in which a journalists have been recorded to be murdered in the hands American soldiers through torture. According Americans Manning is not the only one involved in this leakage, but such persons might be more in number which have rejected orders of their command and are obeying orders of their conscience. And these persons are involved in leaking sensitive documents to internet media. Their idea is not wrong. America wanted to arrest Julian Assange through any means, and was waiting that he visits to New York in an arranged function. But Daily Beast a website warned him about the American plan along with documented proofs that as soon as he will arrive in New York American secret agencies will kidnap him so he should postpone his journey. Julian was in London when that news got leaked through internet. Julian left his program in London uncompleted without canceling his ticket to New York and returned back to Australia, and American officials just have to regret.

The number of published documents is reported to be 75000. Americans are doing their best that rest of the documents can be stopped from being published to the website. American secret agencies are trying their best to know that Julian has links to which websites spread over the world numbering in millions and what password is used for their mutual communication. But here an important question arises that out of these 75000 documents only 180 are reports about Pakistan i.e. 0.24%. but why Americans have put the whole blame to Pak-army and ISI. This is also astonishing fact that all documents about Pakistan consist of hypothesis, newspaper analyses, and imaginations and their importance is not more than the accuses that have been laid on Pakistan army and ISI continuously by American and British media. That they (Pak-Army and ISI) are not only supporting Taliban and Al-Qaeda but training and providing them with weapons. Upon these hypotheses of WikiLeaks David Cameron blamed Pakistan for supporting terrorism in a press conference in India. During this Afghan President Karzai tried to convince Allied forces that they should enter in Pakistan territory for crushing camps of terrorists. Before this American senators also have been doing such propaganda. Then a propaganda attack against Pakistan Army and ISI from three sides is coincident?

There is no doubt that most part of the documents on WikiLeaks.org circles around the war crimes of Allied forces in Afghanistan. In which facts about “Black” Special Forces known as American Death Squad are much important. (This assassin force consists on 373 personnel and 2000 Afghans are on its list. They have to be kidnapped and in case of any of problem killing them is duty of this squad. After disclosures made by WikiLeaks if we collect the analyses, articles written in American, British and Indian newspapers they amount in thousands (it is still going on). Why? Just for that Pak-Army and General Kiyani is not ready to accept aggressive role of India after successful operation in North Waziristan and withdrawal of defeated Allied forces from Afghanistan?

In the end mentioning of General (Rtd) Hameed Gul is must who is being blamed in the name of WikiLeaks. We will talk on analyses him in some other topic, but if we only look at the details given in WikiLeaks it seems as he is guiding the resistive forces in Afghanistan. Probably the purpose of this propaganda is to defame Pakistan. However if American and allies believe that a Lt. General retired two decades before is capable of giving hard time to 175000 allied forces in such age through his strategies, can force them to withdraw from the war zone, then not only Hamid Karzai but Indian rulers should drown due to shame that they are relying on the force of a country who has to lick the dust in the hands of an old General.
